Melodie Young is trained as a nurse practioner and has over 20 years experience in the healthcare industry. In 2000, Ms. Young began transferring her marketing, sales an service knowledge into the sign business. Under her direction, Hightech Signs has merged 4 separate businesses into 1 Sign Shop that manufactures 95% of its work in house.

With a career in Law Enforcement in progress, he found an opportunity in the
sign business. He left law enforcement as the sign business expanded. For the first 8 years a growth rate of over 31% a year left little time for other things. He handles local outside sales and keeps up with the latest technologies in the sign business so Hightech Signs can stay at the top of the industry.

Started his career with this company in 1993 and has seen much of the expansion of products and manufacturing innovations. His experience at every level of this industry makes him the " go to " man for creative solutions, for unique problems with design, installation or deadlines.

Ron has been with Hightech Signs since 2008. He is our permit specialist, researching the information necessary to pursue and obtain permits in the various cities of the metroplex. He also handles inside sales and assists with some of the IT needs of the company.
Prior to joining Hightech Signs, Ron spent 14 years in the U. S. Army and worked in the shipping and logistics industry for 3 years.

Shortly after beginning her work at Hightech Signs as an engraver, Misty was re-evaluated and moved into the sales department. She is dedicated to the heart of the business, that we call our long time customers. Concentrating on mainly inside sales, she is able to take care of the most urgent signage matters, or a wrongly forgotten retirement plaque. Her previous background was engraving and managing a trophy store for 12 years and 7 years of photography in college.
